Place Order
Immediately after placing an order, you will be sent a receipt by email. This will include a breakdown of your purchase and an order number for your records.
Receive Delivery Timeline
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive another email with an estimated delivery date range. GenStand products purchased on our website are delivered within 4 weeks. But most of the time, lead times are before the 3 week mark.

Every order is sent out with appointment delivery. Expect a call from the carrier a couple days before delivery to set an appointment.
